In 2012, Melissa founded Skintrenzixs, a Spa and Esthetician SkinSchool Advanced Esthetics 1000-hour state board approved school in Alabama. She took immense pride in achieving a 100% pass rate for her students, with scores hitting a remarkable 99 on state board exams. Her motto and branding, “Where Knowledge and Skill Meet Skin,” reflects her passion for education and customer service, both for her students and clients. While now residing in Florida, she continues to provide skincare and spa services at her skincare center, utilizing the exceptional Skintrenzixs Skincare, Cosmetics, and Skintrenzixs Microcurrent Non-Surgical Facelift and Pain Management Professional Machine.

In 2023, Melissa introduced her new sister company, Spatrenzixs Spa Supplies and Spa Equipment. Currently in the process of building, this venture aims to bring top-notch skincare, equipment, and spa supply companies from all over the world together.

In 2023, Melissa designed a powerful and effective Microcurrent Non-Surgical Facelift and Pain Management Professional Machine delivering effective results in 1 to 12 sessions.

Melissa’s past experience includes founding and instructing the first esthetician schools in Alabama. Skinactics School of Aesthetics; inc, Birmingham (Central Alabama) and Daphne (South Alabama) 1500-hour state board advanced approved Esthetician Schools and Cosmactics Special Effect Makeup School in 2002 and 2008, respectively. The schools achieved tremendous success, boasting a 100% pass rate for state board testing, with student scores reaching the high 90s. Other schools and spas adopted the same school/spa structure, curriculum style, and industry standards due to the impressive achievements. Melissa’s motivation and drive have served as a huge inspiration to others, encouraging them to follow in her footsteps towards industry success.

Furthermore, Melissa has worked as sales reps, education trainers, and cosmetics managers for leading spa, medical, cosmetic skincare, cosmetic, and spa equipment companies throughout her career.

Melissa also offers services in designing spas for businesses and home setups, working as an in-home Esthetician for select clients in Naples and South Florida with Skintrenzixs and at her latest innovative Chromotherapy MediSpa which is located in Naples.

Melissa is a member of the Associated Skincare Professional Association and has served as a judge for the skin section of The Skin Games International competition in 2020 and 2021. She is also a former member of Biltmore’s Who’s Who of Leading American Women. Melissa’s contributions to the industry have been recognized, and she won Destin’s Best Esthetician in her first year in Florida. Continuously progressing in her career, Melissa’s innovative visions, determination, and motivation to help others drive her forward.
